Rotational molding:

The light metal mold can be installed on rotational molding mechinefor three dimentional rotation.Put the plastic powder into heating mold,when they are being rotated,the powder will keep melting and pasting on the inside wall of the heating mold. After complete plasticizing to th required thickness, pour the cold water into the heating mold, after cooling, then unload the mold, it comes out the finished products.
