Molding Methods Of Fuel Tanks- Cationic Polymerization
Oct 27, 2017
Cationic polymerization (monomer casting):
cationic polymerization method is the use of caprolactam monomer into the heated rotary mold, then cationic polymerization appeared, then make cooling stripping. the advantages are low mold cost, easy to paint. Because this method is limited to casting nylon, can not fully meet the requirements of the vehicle fuel tank conditions, it is usually not used this method.
