Molding Methods Of Fuel Tanks-vacuum Forming

Heat the plastic sheet,and make the two halves of the fuel tank by vacuum forming, and then 2 halves 

parts are glued together with adhesive or hot melt welding. It is different from the injection molding: the 

former can not be made into a complex shape of the box, and can not be molded with a variety of inlay

pieces. The mold is mostly aluminum alloy material, the strength requirement is relatively low, the 

structure is simple, so the cost is low. The disadvantage is the bonding problem.
